About

I have spent over two decades shipping production software across startups, agencies, and Fortune 50 enterprises. From early-stage prototypes to large-scale systems, I have seen what works, what breaks, and what separates projects that ship from projects that stall.

Along the way I built a consultancy that grew to $1M+ in annual revenue, working with teams who needed to move fast without sacrificing quality. That experience taught me that the hardest problems in software are rarely technical — they are about people, process, and knowing when to keep things simple.

These days my focus is on AI-assisted development and the A(i)-Team — a structured approach to building software with AI agents that actually deliver production-ready code, not just demos.

This blog is where I write about code, building things, and the lessons that only come from shipping real software for two decades.

The A(i)-Team

I help teams integrate AI into their development workflow through hands-on consulting, tooling, and training. If you are looking to ship faster with AI agents that produce code you can actually trust, visit theaiteam.dev to learn more.
